Registration information for Australia Training

  • Once accepted into the training for Level 1 you will be invited to confirm and reserve your place and to register with your deposit of $500 AUD. This deposit is non-refundable. A confirmation email will be issued to you upon receipt.
  • Once deposit is made it will be deducted from future Early-Bird or Regular payment amounts for Level 1.
  • To redeem the Level 1 Early Bird offer of $3500 AUD – payment must be paid in full by July 11, 2021, or paid with a payment plan with all payments completed by July 11, 2021.
  • To redeem the Level 2 Early Bird offer of $3800 AUD – payment must be paid in full by October 15, 2021, or paid with a payment plan with all payments completed by October 15, 2021.
  • For those with Level 1 Regular payment – your deposit must be made by July 15, 2021 and payments begin by August 1, 2021 and full retreat payment must be paid by Aug 10, 2021
  • For those with Level 2 Regular payment – your first payment must be made by October 31, 2021 and full payments must be paid by November 20, 2021
  • All payments must be completed in full before each retreat begins to be able to attend.

Cancellation and Refund policy for Australia Training

  • The $500 AUD deposit for Level 1 is non-refundable.
  • For Level 1: If cancellation is made in writing by July 27, 2021 then 100% of the course fee paid will be refunded (minus bank/stripe/paypal fees). This refund does not include the deposit of $500 AUD. Cancellations after July 27, 2021 will not be refunded unless the place can be filled.
  • For Level 2: If cancellation is made in writing by November 6, 2021 then 100% of the course fee paid will be refunded (minus bank/stripe/paypal fees). Cancellations after November 6, 2021 will not be refunded unless the place can be filled.

Registration information for Bali Training

  • Once accepted into the training you will be invited to confirm and reserve your place and to register with your deposit of $650 USD. This deposit is non-refundable. A confirmation email will be issued to you upon receipt.
  • To redeem the Early Bird offer for Level 1 or 2, the full early bird payment is due by January 16, 2020.
  • For those paying full price, payment plans must begin by 30th October 2019 and full payments must be paid by the 1st April 2020.
  • For the Advanced Facilitator Training: Early-Bird pricing ends March 12, 2020. Payment plans must begin by 28th January, 2020.
  • All payments must be completed in full before the retreat begins to be able to attend.

Cancellation and refund policy for Bali Training

  • The $650 USD deposit is non-refundable for all retreats.
  • For Level 1 & Level 2: If cancellation is made before 14th January 2020 then 100% of the course fee paid will be refunded (minus Paypal fees). This refund does not include the deposit of $650 USD. Cancellations after 14th January 2020 will not be refunded unless the place can be filled.
  • For Advanced Facilitator Training: If cancellation is made before 2nd February 2020 then 100% of the course fee paid will be refunded (minus Paypal fees). This refund does not include the deposit of $650 USD. Cancellations after 2nd February 2020 will not be refunded unless the place can be filled.

Travel arrangements

All travel arrangements are your responsibility and incur at your own cost. Kundalini Dance shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to cover you from any unexpected delays, cancellations or travel disturbances that could incur.

Health disclaimer

As this is an Ecstatic Dance Facilitator Training, we will be dancing and doing yoga and other movement practices everyday. Anyone with a reasonable level of fitness will be able to fully enjoy both the dance & yoga practice, however, this training may not be suitable for anyone who has serious physical/medical conditions. If you have had any serious physical or emotional illness within the last 5 years, or are under and medical or psychiatric supervision please advise us at the time of booking. If you are in any doubt about your ability to participate in this training please contact us beforehand to discuss this.

Liability

Please understand that you are responsible for your own health and well-being during the retreat. Leyolah Antara Dekanic, Lyndsay (Lila) Spencer, Patricia Silverwolf, and any other Guest Instructors invited to train during the retreats or online training will not be held liable for any injuries or other medical or emotional problems that may occur, are sustained, or aggravated during or after your time on retreat. They will not accept any responsibility for cancellations, delays or changes cause by war, threat of war, terrorist actions, closure of airports, civil strike, industrial action, natural disasters, technical problems to transport, widespread disease, global pandemics, illness of participants or close relatives/pets, acts of God or any other events beyond our control. Neither can we be responsible for any loss or damage of property or disruption of program due to circumstances beyond the control of Leyolah Antara Dekanic, Lyndsay (Lila) Spencer, Patricia Silverwolf, and any other Guest Instructors.

Qualifications/Certification

* Please note that you are not necessarily guaranteed to qualify as a Kundalini Dance Facilitator just because you attended or completed the training. Leyolah Antara reserves the right to only give accreditation to those participants who fully participate in all aspects of the training and who embody the Kundalini Dance work. Leyolah reserves the right to choose who she will qualify as a Kundalini Dance Facilitator and who she will not.
